What the studio does

We set up and repair the sales department inside a CRM

The work is configuration, data and the sales process itself. Pipeline stages and deal fields. Lead routing. Record migration and duplicate cleanup. Automation rules, API integrations, forecast dashboards. And training the reps who have to live in the system every working day.

We work inside the CRM you already pay for. If you have none, we recommend one after a 45-minute scoping call, and because we resell no licences and take no commission from any vendor, the recommendation is not a sale for us. The specialism is narrow on purpose: how a lead becomes an opportunity, who owns it, what a stage actually means, what the forecast is built from.

Marketing automation, ERP projects and custom app development are outside that line. We say so on the services page and we say so on the first call.

Every engagement is fixed scope. The price band is published before anyone talks to us, on the estimator, and the written quote after scoping replaces it. Setup starts from a $2,400 fixed base plus $90 to $140 per seat.

Method

Most CRM failures are not software failures

They are pipelines with eleven stages nobody can tell apart, 40 required fields on a deal form, and a forecast that sums "maybe" at full value. The software did exactly what it was told.

RULE 01

The stage definition sheet comes first

Every pipeline stage gets an entry rule and an exit rule a rep can check in under ten seconds. Seven stages covers most B2B teams under 40 seats. The sheet is signed by the pipeline owner before we create a single field, and it becomes the test we are held to during the 30-day fix window.

RULE 02

Fewer fields, each one read by someone

If a field is required and nobody reads it, we delete the field. A close date is mandatory at Proposal and nowhere earlier, because a close date typed at first contact is fiction and the forecast inherits it.

One more, which is less a rule than a habit: every automation, integration and dashboard metric we build is written down with its trigger, owner or definition, in an admin guide your own people keep after we leave.

Migration log, one client

We merged 38,000 contacts into 21,400.

The other 16,600 were the same people typed twice

Declined work

Work we turn down, and why

Buying or scraping lead lists

Purchased lists fill a clean pipeline with contacts who never asked to hear from you, wreck your email sender reputation and bury the real leads. We will build the routing for inbound and referral leads. We will not import a list of 50,000 strangers.

Dashboards for numbers nobody acts on

A dashboard costs $600 to $1,100 to build properly. Before we build one we ask who opens it, on which day, and what they change when the number moves. No answer, no dashboard. Five a sales manager actually opens beat twenty they do not.

Migrating duplicates "to clean later"

Later never comes. Duplicates imported into a new CRM split activity history, double-count pipeline and route the same buyer to two reps. We dedupe before import, and if the budget does not stretch to cleanup, we migrate fewer records rather than dirty ones.

Reaching a person

Write, call or walk up to the 3rd floor

Email and phone are answered by the people who do the work, during business hours, Pacific time. A message sent on a weekend is read on the next business day. For a first conversation, the inquiry form is quickest because it carries your seat count and CRM with it.
