Clause 0Effective date
These terms take effect on . They govern your use of salesforce.us.org. A signed engagement is governed by its own written quote and statement of work; where the two differ, the signed document wins.
Clause 1Who these terms are with
Salesforce, trading at salesforce.us.org as the CRM implementation studio Salesframe, of 415 MISSION STREET, 3RD FLOOR, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94105, United States. Phone (415) 901-7000. When these terms say "we", that is who they mean. "You" is whoever is using the site, or the company they write on behalf of.
Clause 2What this site does and does not provide
The site describes six services: CRM setup and pipeline design, data migration and cleanup, workflow automation, integrations and API work, forecasting dashboards, and rep training with an admin retainer. It lets you run the cost estimator, send an inquiry and chat with the studio.
It does not provide CRM software, licences or hosting of your CRM. We work inside the CRM you already pay for, or recommend one, and we take no commission from any vendor. Marketing automation, ERP and custom application development are outside what we do; the services page lists those boundaries. Reading the site creates no consulting relationship. Articles and examples here, including the seven-stage pipeline, are general descriptions of method and not advice fitted to your team.
Clause 3Inquiry only: estimates are not quotes
Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. There is no cart, no checkout and no card field. The estimator produces a low-to-high band from published rates; it is arithmetic on your inputs, rounded to the nearest $50, and it binds neither side.
This is an estimate band, not a quote. We quote in writing after a scoping call.
Set 25 seats, one pipeline, basic automation and the suggested three training sessions, and the estimator shows roughly $6,100 to $8,550. That band does not become a price because you saw it.
An inquiry becomes an order in four steps. You send the form or call. We hold a 45-minute scoping call. We send a written, fixed-scope quote that names the deliverables, the stage sheet as the first of them, the calendar and the fee. The engagement starts when you sign that quote and we countersign it. Until then either side can walk away at no cost.
Clause 4How work is priced
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies. The published bases are:
- CRM setup: from $2,400 fixed base plus $90 to $140 per seat.
- Data migration: $150 to $250 per 10,000 records, minimum $900.
- Workflow automation: $450 to $900 per workflow.
- Integrations: $800 to $1,600 per connected system.
- Dashboards: $600 to $1,100 per dashboard.
- Training: $480 per session of up to 12 people. Admin retainer: $1,150 per month for 10 admin hours.
Where a job falls inside a band depends on things the scoping call finds out: how many pipelines you run, how dirty the records are, how many duplicate rules we need, whether an integration has a documented API or only a CSV export. A quoted price changes only if the scope in the signed quote changes, and any change is agreed in writing before the work is done. We do not bill hours on fixed-scope work.
Clause 5The 30-day fix window
For 30 calendar days after the launch date written in your quote, we fix at no charge anything we configured that does not behave as the signed stage definition sheet and the written build spec say it should. A stage that lets a deal in without its entry rule, a routing rule that assigns to the wrong owner, a webhook that fails without logging: those are ours.
The window does not cover changes you ask for after launch, new stages, work done by others inside the CRM after handover, or faults in the CRM vendor's own software. Those go through a new quote or the admin retainer. Report a fault by email with a record link or screenshot; we acknowledge within one business day. This is a commitment about our configuration and is in addition to any right you have under California law.
Clause 6Acceptable use
Do not use the form or chat to send spam, malware, or someone else's personal data without their permission. Do not try to break into the server, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or bypass the anti-spam checks. Do not submit inquiries under another person's name. If you need to send us a customer export during scoping, ask first and we will give you a secure route; the inquiry form is not one.
Clause 7Who owns what
The text, photographs, diagrams, the estimator code and the Salesframe logo on this site belong to the operator or are used under licence. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy pages, images or the estimator into another site. Deliverables from a signed engagement, including your stage sheet and admin guide, pass to you on payment, as the quote sets out. Names of CRM vendors mentioned belong to their owners and appear only to describe compatibility.
Clause 8What is provided as is
The site, the estimator and the general descriptions of method are provided as is. We keep rates and examples current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error, that the site is always available, or that an estimate band will match a final quote. We make no promise about sales results: a clean pipeline makes a forecast honest, it does not make it bigger.
Clause 9Limit of liability
For use of this site, which is free, our total liability to you is limited to $100. For a signed engagement, liability is capped at the fees paid under that quote, unless the quote says otherwise. Neither side is liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that California law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Clause 10Withdrawing access
We may block an IP address, close a chat thread or refuse an inquiry when these terms are broken, most often for spam or attempts on the server. We may also take the site or a page offline for maintenance without notice. A signed engagement ends only as its quote provides.
Clause 11Governing law and disputes
These terms run under the law of the State of California, United States. Any dispute is heard in the courts of San Francisco. Before filing anything, write to us; most disagreements about scope are settled faster by reading the stage sheet together.
Clause 12Accessibility statement
We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. What that means in practice: every page works by keyboard alone, with a visible teal focus ring; a skip link jumps to content; each page has one main heading and a logical heading order; text contrast on slate and paper blocks is at least 4.5:1; tap targets are at least 44 pixels; layouts reflow to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling; and every animation stops when your system asks for reduced motion.
Known gaps: the estimator's range sliders announce their value through the paired number fields rather than on their own, and some older browsers render the two-column cookie notice as a single column. If something blocks you, email [email protected] or call (415) 901-7000, tell us the page and what you were trying to do, and we will reply within two business days with a fix or another way to get the same information.
Clause 13Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the effective date at the top changes and the at-a-glance panel is updated to match. A change never alters a quote already signed. If you use the site after a change, the new terms apply to that use.
