Six CRM implementation services, each with a written scope and a price band

Pipeline setup, data migration, workflow automation, API integrations, forecasting dashboards and rep training. Every one is sold as fixed-scope work for sales teams of 3 to 150 seats, inside the CRM you already use. This page shows what each includes, what it leaves out, and which ones belong together.

Module 01 / How the services fit

One stage sheet underneath all six

The services are separate on paper because budgets are. In the system they are one thing. The routing rule in automation reads the stage from the pipeline. The dashboard counts deals by that same stage. The migration maps old statuses onto it. So whichever service you start with, the stage definition sheet from CRM setup and pipeline design is either already there or gets written first.

That is why a team asking for "just a dashboard" sometimes gets a quote with two days of stage work in it. A forecast built on stages nobody agrees on is a chart of opinions. We would rather tell you that on the scoping call than bill you for a dashboard that the sales manager stops opening in week three.

If your pipeline already has clean stages with entry rules, we check them against the sheet format in about an hour and skip straight to the work you asked for. That happens more often than people expect with teams under 15 seats.

What you hold at the end of each service

Every service hands over files, not just a configured system. If the studio disappeared the day after launch, your admin should be able to run and change everything from these.

Deliverables by service. Yes means it ships as a named file or document.

ScopeRule 06

Seven stages. Each with one entry rule. That covers most B2B teams under 40 seats.

Module 04 / Pairings

Which services are usually bought together

Four combinations come up on most scoping calls. The reasons are mechanical, not a bundle discount.

01 Setup02 Migration

New pipeline, old records

Moving off spreadsheets or an abandoned CRM. The old statuses have to land somewhere, and the stage sheet is what tells the field map where. Doing migration before setup means importing into stages that are about to change. For a 20-seat team with 40,000 records the pair bands between $5,100 and $7,400 before automation, integrations or training.

03 Automation04 Integrations

Inbound leads that go nowhere

A web form posts into the CRM, then the lead sits unowned for two days. The integration gets the record in; the routing rule gives it an owner within a minute. One without the other fixes half the problem and tends to create a new one.

01 Setup05 Dashboards

A forecast leadership believes

The close date becomes mandatory at Proposal, probabilities are tied to stage, and the forecast dashboard is built on exactly those two things. Sales managers usually ask for this pair after a quarter that missed by more than 20 percent.

Any build06 Training

Launch week

We suggest one session per 12 reps, so a 30-seat team gets three. Skipping training is the most common way a clean build decays: reps who were never shown the entry rules go back to moving deals on instinct within a month.

Module 05 / Out of scope

Three kinds of work we pass on

Not because they are beneath us. They are different trades, with different specialists, and a sales-process studio doing them is how a client ends up with two half-finished systems.

Excluded 01

Marketing automation

Nurture journeys, email campaigns, lead scoring by page visits. We will build the handoff so a marketing-qualified lead arrives in the CRM with an owner, and stop there.

Excluded 02

ERP

Inventory, order management, accounting ledgers. A billing system that sends invoice status back to the deal record is in scope. The billing system itself is not.

Excluded 03

Custom apps

New software built on or beside the CRM. If a need cannot be met with configuration, standard automation or a documented API call, we say so and point you elsewhere.

  • We do not buy or scrape lead lists, and we do not import lists that were bought or scraped.
  • We do not build dashboards for numbers nobody is going to act on. If no one can name the decision a chart informs, the chart is cut from scope.
  • We do not migrate duplicate records "to clean later".

Not sure which services you need? That is what the scoping call is for.

Book a scoping call

Forty-five minutes on video. You share the CRM screen, we ask about seats, records and connected systems, and within two business days you get a written quote that uses the rates on this page. Read how an engagement runs week by week first if you want to know what we will ask of your team.
